Search and selection of IT profiles

Our work begins with an exhaustive data gathering of the profile that our client needs to incorporate and also becoming knowledgeable of other issues that will increase the efficiency of our search.

We will make a first internal search from our pool of candidates which consists of more than 5,000 professionals that have been interviewed over the years, focusing on techniques and personal skills as well as future expectations.

In the event that one or more resources are considered eligible, the résumés will be presented to the client together with the relevant comments.

If the client decided to proceed with a personal interview, we will be responsible for coordinating it and then carrying out the tracking progress by taking the necessary actions as agreed.

The services will be billed once the incorporation has been made, being ASAP the one who takes the risk of starting the search without an initial canon.

In addition, ASAP provides a warranty insurance. If the incorporated professional ceases to belong to our client staff within the first month, whatever the reason; the warranty of the service will be applied. This involves sending new candidates until the vacancy is covered at no cost to the client.
