We start with an internal search of our candidates database, built up of more than 5,000 professionals who have been interviewed over the years. We analize their technical and personal skills as well as future expectations. This allows us to respond faster to our client needs.

ACCOMPANY AND FOLLOW UP

We are present in the process from beginning to end. We are responsible for monitoring the candidates incorporation and adaptation.

 

 

Additionally, ASAP provides a warranty insurance. If any of the resources leaves the company or decides to disassociate it within the first month, we take responsability and immediately manage the replacement without cost.
